‘Femme de Fleur’

 

If you were a flower, which flower would you be? Femme De Fleur, meaning "flower woman" allows us to explore the use of pastels and line drawing together. This artwork emphasises the beauty of women, both from without and within. Explore your beauty with this beautiful piece! Perfect for all levels of experience and groups.

 

What we offer

This popular cow - we sometimes call her Daisy - is a fan favourite with the Aussies and Kiwis and we reckon you’ll love her too. Give this cow a flower crown, a baseball cap, a tiara or whatever headwear you like. You are the artist.

Biography of the Directors of Creative Atventures

 

Amanda Hammond - Director and Prospective DPS

 

Amanda is a mother to three children, before she became a mother she worked in hospitality in the Hertfordshire area, The Midland Hotel, The Mayflower, The Steamcoach and The Gade & Goose all in Hemel Hempstead. She also spent time at the Health and Raquet Club in Leighton Buzzard and at the Directors Bar at Watford Football Club. These experiences have given her a wealth of knowledge in dealing with the public in a hospitality setting.

Amanda then set about a career in teaching (25 years) at Further and Adult Education colleges, training providers and community venues and then as a member of the Quality Team. She is familiar with both attending and delivering safeguarding and prevent training.

During her teaching career she worked extensively with people with a range of vulnerabilities including mental health, learning disabilities and ex-offenders etc.

 

Tacy Riby

 

Tacy also worked in Further and Adult Education at Colleges, Training Providers and Community venues. She has worked in operational management with responsibility for the entire vocational curriculum, Adult and Community and specifically Construction so is aware of the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace as well as ensuring all staff were constantly updated on Safeguarding and Prevent and First Aid on a regular basis. She worked with local authorities and community sector organisations to set up courses for learners with a range of vulnerabilities.

Pinot & Picasso utilise local talent as much as possible. As we know, there is a wealth of talented artist in Brighton and we have already linked in with some amazing people to assist as artists at the studio
